Summary

A Layer 1 written entirely in Rust. Records, not references, live in state. Nineteen document token families cover identity, academic credentials, equity, tax, healthcare, property, and employment, each one commitment based so the public ledger carries proof without carrying the person.

Role in the stack

Settles every other protocol in the stack. Storage economics, inference rewards, credential issuance, and corporate governance all resolve here.

No foreign runtime

Rust 2021 on toolchain 1.85.0. No C, C++, Go, Python, JavaScript, or Solidity anywhere in the node.

Nineteen token families

SRC-20 fungibles, SRC-201 encrypted messaging, SUM-721 non-fungibles, and SRC-80X through SRC-89X for documents of record.

Governance in consensus

Proposal, tally, and execution are validator-quorum controlled at the consensus layer. There is no admin key and no council address.
